ATHLETICS
Imani’s educational philosophy holds that physical education and physical activity are essential for developing the whole child. We teach children to respect their bodies and we train them in healthy living.  LEARN MORE

HIGHMARK HEALTHY HIGH 5

In March 2011 Imani Christian Academy was awarded a grant through the Highmark Healthy High 5 School Challenge program.  Through the implemention of the “Healthy Saints” Strength and Conditioning Program, students will be provided with enhanced nutrition and fitness education.

Focused on children’s health promotion, Highmark Healthy High 5 is an initiative of the Highmark Foundation designed to improve the health of children and adolescents ages 6-18 by providing them with the tools and practices needed to make informed decisions about living healthier lives.

ACTIVITIES
