VOLUNTEERING AT IMANI
Just as real as our financial needs are the many opportunities for donating time and effort to support the cause of Imani Christian Academy.

Individuals may volunteer for as little as one (1) hour to more than several years on a schedule that meets one’s needs. We welcome those individuals who love children and young people and desire to support their learning in a way that supports the mission and the Christian philosophy and constructs of our vision.

If volunteers wish to spend extended time working directly with students, we ask them to secure Act 33 and 34 clearances.

Administrative Support
General clerical assistance in our administrative office is needed to assist our devoted staff in completing daily tasks.

Athletic Department
Assistance is needed in facilitating basketball games and conducting a successful monthly Market Day program.

Building Maintenance
General cleaning and maintenance work is needed on a daily basis.

Classroom Assistance
We welcome those willing to devote time as teacher assistants, substitute teachers, or library aides, to name a few.

Kitchen/Cafeteria
Preparation and distribution of lunches, as well as supervision of students is needed.

Landscaping
Basic grass-cutting, snow removal, planting and outdoor clean-up are ongoing needs.
